Coconut Nut Pie Crust



  • 3-4 Medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup macadamia nuts
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • dash of sea salt


  1. Soak dates in warm water for one hour or so. Remove pits.
  2. Place nuts, dates, coconut, cinnamon and salt in food processor. Pulse until coarsely chopped.
  3. With food processor running, pour in coconut oil in a drizzle. Blend until well combined.
  4. Press into pie plate.
  5. Chill for about an hour.
  6. Fill with your favorite filling.
