Ingredients

  • 1 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup almond slivers
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. In a food processor combine almond flour and salt
  2. Pulse in coconut oil, honey, water and vanilla
  3. Pulse in coconut, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almond slivers and raisins
  4. Grease an 8×8 baking dish
  5. Press dough into baking dish, wetting your hands with water to avoid sticking
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
  7. Cool in pan for 2 hours
