Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw walnuts or pecans
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Directions

  • In a food processor blend walnuts or pecans and raisins together until they form a paste.
  • Roll paste into truffle size balls
  • Roll them in shredded coconut (raw cacao mixed into coconut is lovely too)
